The adorable wine town of Carlton is in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country about an hour southwest of Portland, Oregon. It’s romantically sleepy and as charming as charming gets. With over 22 tasting rooms and growing, this city with a population of about 2,000 has the highest number of tasting rooms per capita in the United States.
